Our family bought this 3 bed, 1.5 bath ranch for Grandma to live close by, but Grandma is out living her life to the fullest, so at her suggestion we’ve listed the home while she is away. This is not a secluded cabin in the woods. Please expect to hear kids playing, dogs barking, cars passing by, etc. during the daylight hours. Garage is not available. Close to zoo, museums, Monroeville, S.V. Temple, etc. Use "Stotler Rd and Universal Rd" as approximate location.

Create your own river adventure to Sycamore Island, or Plum Creek to explore or just take it easy and hang out on the houseboat and enjoy a dip in the Allegheny to cool off. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).
