This space includes a folding twin bed, queen and twin air mattresses and a cot if needed. Located just 10 mins away from Milford Lake, the state's largest lake, 15 mins away from Fort Riley, and 30 minutes away from Manhattan, home of the K-State Wildcats!

Family Friendly Spacious Home w/Game Court

Beautiful and cheery, situated on a quiet street, this lovely, spacious home will be your relaxing retreat for your family. Multiple large areas for gathering and relaxing, as well as private bedrooms and a game court are sure to please. The nightly fee covers the first 4 people staying. We do charge a small per person additional fee for 5 or more. Please note: This home is not to be used for events, parties or similar occasions. Also please note that there is no walk-in shower, no cable TV.

Stay at the Shouse

This unique place has a style all its own. While you’re visiting Abilene’s historic attractions, stay in this newly built one-bedroom Shouse with a queen bed, one bathroom with washer/dryer, plus full kitchen. There is a storm shelter off the kitchen. You’re just a few steps from Abilene’s professional live Great Plains Theatre, and a few blocks from the Eisenhower Center, Old Abilene Town and Historical Museum. Remember, “back door guests are the best” as you enter from the north patio.

After touring the town, relax on the shaded patio, go for a bike ride, or just walk around the neighborhood.

We are a dog friendly property, but please be aware that the fence is chain link! Do not book our home if your dog is not house trained or if you intend to leave your dog unattended outside.

Kitchen is stocked with pans and full array of utensils. The small dining area and a full bathroom round out the home.
