The house has an independent entrace, two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a large living room with full kitchen. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
