Bow Hunting Paradise/Forest Retreat-Arbuckle Lake

Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & tall living room windows. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

Banks Valley Guest Ranch - 1 Bed/1Ba Guest house

Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.

Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. We have designed this space to feel cozy and homey with the earth tone decor and modern rustic style. Everyone visited this site during it's preparation, from visiting friends to the electricians, plumbers and others, fell in love with it. Many joked that this is where they wanted to stay if they got in the "dog house" with their wife; hence the nickname that stuck.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Go fishing in our 10 acre lake, or just explore the 30 acres we have available to you. Beautiful sunsets. There is a barn for horse lovers (vaccination records will need to be provided) if you would like to bring them as well. We are just 6 minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness and 6 minutes from Ardmore for restaurants and shopping.
