The Old Lewis County Jail at St. Drogo's house is part of a revitalization and repurposing of the county's old jail. In addition to this residence, St. Drogo's house has a coffee roastery / coffee bar as well as an artisanal bakery located on the first floor. We are nestled along the beautiful Ausable river, just minutes from Whiteface Ski mountain and Lake Placid, the Olympic Village. Enjoy nearby hiking, biking, skiing and beautiful scenery!

Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
