The living room area is decorated with a fireplace that at the moment is not active yet. The rooms don’t have doors and are all connected in one big spacious studio apartment. The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.
