Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ), άνετο σαλόνι, επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi. This peaceful accommodation is located in the tranquil nature of Foça and offers beautiful sea and mountain views. The space is simply, comfortably, and tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the double bed, there is a sofa bed available. Extra sleeping arrangements are suitable for short stays and do not provide the same level of comfort as the main bed. Just a short distance from the sea and town center, it is ideal for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.

Paradise On Earth

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

A beautiful courtyard with dining and seating area. Air conditioning, Wifi. We are located 150m from the Nea Chora beach and seaside restaurants. A 10 minute walk the historic old harbour and Chania city centre (700m).

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
