Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax!!! We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Lodge located in Woodston!

This is our family get-together house that we are sharing with you! It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, with a fully stocked kitchen, room for 10 to sleep, and a private drive behind the house with some covered parking. A great place to rent while in the area for hunting, fishing, or family! This house is located in Woodston, just 20 miles East Webster State Park and 20 miles South of Kirwin Reservoir. We don't allow pets in the house, but there is a fenced in area with a shelter for outdoor pets.

Farmhouse on Dry Creek

The farmhouse is located on Dry Creek in the Valley where the North Fork Solomon River runs just to the south. It's secluded but yet the farmhouse sits only 1.5 miles off Highway 281. The farmhouse is centrally located between Glen Elder State Park and Kirwin Reservoir, approximately 25 miles to either. The farmhouse is perfect for family gatherings, couples get away and of course fisherman's and hunter's too! Ground for hunting available for a fee. Expect to see cows, hay bales, etc.

Illian East Cabin

Welcome to the old restaurant in town! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. It is perfect for a large hunting group or family get together; you will have enough space for everything! Large kitchen and island with everything, comfy couch and dining room table. Big bathrooms with all the linens you need. Entire space is on one level for convenience and a mile from the lake! In the center of downtown, across the street from bail shop and bars/restaurants.

The Sportsman Lodge

The Sportsman Lodge is a great spot to relax after a day in the field or on the water. It’s spacious, dog-friendly, and has a big yard with room for games or just hanging out. You’ll have access to an outbuilding for cleaning game and storing gear for convenience. The cabin is close to public land, and a variety of public land to explore. Whether you're here for a hunt, a fishing trip, or just to stop on your way through and unwind in a quiet spot, this cabin makes a great base camp.

Tiny Cottage on the Prairie

Enjoy your visit to the Midwest's Smoky Hills when you stay in this unique tiny cottage dating back to the 1950's. Many locals stopped during the renovation to tell me their stories of living here. The interior has changed very little. The bed is a traditional double. The couch extends to a twin bed if the full bed is too cozy for two. The kitchen and bath areas are small. The kitchen sink doubles as bathroom sink. The screened porch with fireplace is enjoyable weather permitting.

Elm Street Lodge, located just one block from Main Street, is centrally located and is within walking distance to anything you will need for your stay. It features an open floor plan with beautiful original hardwoods and molding throughout the house. Just 20 minutes from the nearest lake where you will find great fishing as well as waterfowl hunting. North Central KS is also home to some of the best deer, turkey and upland bird hunting you can find.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The Old Mill and city park are across the street and the city pool is within walking distance, just two blocks away! Enjoy the fenced in back yard, deck, and play area for children.
