The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

La Casa degli Oleandri si trova all'interno dell'antico Baglio di Borgopetra, costruito nel '700, amorevolmente recuperato e da allora aperto all’ospitalità. All'interno della struttura vi sono altri 3 appartamenti di diverse dimensioni, tutti arredati con gusto, con mobili di famiglia e ricordi dal mondo e si dispongono intorno al cortile interno.
