Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα. Είναι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες ενός ατόμου, αλλά και επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες. Είναι αναικαινισμένο, προσεγμένο, καθαρό και φιλόξενο περιβάλλον. 'Ενα διαμέρισμα όμορφα διαμορφωμένο να ξιλοξενεί και παρέες για μια όμορφη εξόρμηση στην πόλη της Τρίπολης, 8' από το κέντρο με τα πόδια, δωρεάν πάρκιν, θέρμανση το χειμώνα. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
