This privately owned and luxurious cottage is located above Akureyri with amazing view overlooking the town, fjord and mountains. Only few minutes away from town central. Three bedrooms, one with double bed and the others with two single beds. Modern and spacious kitchen and living room with large windows. Two bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

The house is beautifully located in Hjalteyri. From the house there is a stunning view over the fiord, with both mountains and water in sight. The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities.
