The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.
