The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. You will see beautiful sunsets and sunrises each day. We have a beautiful salt pool to swim in and relax. Not far is a place to launch your boat if you bring one with you and you can place it in our dock while you stay in our rental house. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and Phoebe facilities. Very relaxing place to stay in the privacy of your rooms. Absolutely quiet!

It features one bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with two full beds. There is plenty of space to make yourself at home. There is one full bathroom and a half bath for your use as well as an outdoor shower. A washer and dryer are available for laundry when staying at the property. This property will not disappoint.
