Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

This is a 160 SQ/FT space with a Full-size bed, walk in Shower, kitchen sink, mini Fridge, microwave, Keurig with K-Cups of coffee and tea's and our front porch with two chairs waiting for you to relax and rest. Our Tiny House is located on our farm overlooking beautiful rolling hills of the farms that surrounds ours and mountains in the distance. Wake up to the sun rising on the porch or sit outside by the campfire area and watch the amazing sunsets.

Relax at this peaceful place nestled next door to a tree farm. The views from the windows and covered carport patio are lovely. Gas grill is provided for your use. King bedroom and bedroom with two twin antique beds. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. A comfortable living room with electric dual recliner couch and rocker allow comfort to view the outdoors or watch TV. Home has Wi-fi, two bathrooms, outdoor seating area. Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
