Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comfortable than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

The kitchen is fully stocked for you to whip up a meal and a dining room table to enjoy it. The living room has a big tv with plenty of room to stretch and enjoy. This home is located in the heart of the historic Rochester, MN. Just a stones throw from the Mayo Clinic. This downtown area is packed with shops and eating establishments, all interconnected via the walking subway system, for those cold winter days.
