Close to Wolterton, Mannington Hall , Oxnead Hall and National Trust Estates Blickling & Felbrigg There are high ceilings, an original arts & crafts fireplace, exposed beams, and perhaps the highlight, stone doorsteps that show the wear of many children's feet over the years.

It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

The barn is spacious with 4 large bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs), 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom & open plan living area. Outside there is a private hot tub, main patio, two additional seating areas, table tennis in the garage, large enclosed garden & parking area.

The house sits proudly in an elevated position on a picturesque common in the village of Hanworth, boasting beautiful long views across the common. Hanworth has the largest and one of the last remaining enclosed commons in England with grazing cattle, covering 35 acres and borders the privately owned Gunton Park, a 1,000-acre deer park, home to the award-winning Gunton Arms.
