This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Relax in the hot tub [seasonally May-December] overlooking the lake or lounge at waterfront pergola with gas fire-pit. Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque. Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
