This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.

The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Riverside at Alexandria Bay (A)

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.
