The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. This cabin is a great place for a family getaway in the Allegheny National Forest. It is easy to access on the main road, but still gives you the feel of the forest. It sits and overlooks the Allegheny River channel, in the summer you can watch fire flies on the island behind the cabin while you listen to the toads and bullfrogs sing. The river channel provides many opportunities to see wildlife such as ducks, eagles, deer, beavers, river otters, turtles and much more.

White Pine Cottage has all the modern amenities you want in a location that's convenient to everything ANF, Cook Forest, Clear Creek State Park, and the Clarion River have to offer. Check us out on FB/IG @whitepinecottage560 The cottage does not have WiFi, however Verizon cell phone reception is good in the area. Other wireless providers may be unreliable. During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.

Nestled on 3 private acres down a quiet gravel road, this cozy cabin offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. It comfortably sleeps 4–6 guests (max 7). Unwind in the evenings around the fire pit, or relax on the spacious covered porch while listening to the calming sounds of the forest.
