There are lots of water falls, stunning rivers, beaches, rice terraces, hot water springs on the Island. The properties are on the doorstep of Visaya sea in Agpangi circa 2km north of Naval center. During low tide sand banks and patches of pebbles appear in front of the houses, creating a beautiful and safe place for children to play as the sea level rises slowly.
