Located in Christmas Valley, south of South Lake Tahoe off hwy 89. Perfect mountain location for all year exploring Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas. Winter skiing, summer hiking, mountain biking, mountain lakes to boat, paddle, swim and fish, and climbing are all close by. Your own cozy private two bedrooms, living room and full bathroom, in the downstairs portion of a home. Has it's own entrance access from driveway via a side gate. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.
