Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Spielplatz und Spieleraum im Hotel vorhanden. Tiere sind nicht gestattet.
