Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Das 30 qm grosse 1-Raum-Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss des Chales Es ist ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Pärchen. Die maximal Belegung sind zwei Personen plus ein Kleinkind bzw. eine dritte Person. Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und einer Veranda mit Blick zum direkt davor gelegenen großen Pool (5 x 10m), gibt es auch Smart- und SAT-TV und ausreichend schnelles Internet. - Haustiere sind vor Buchung anzufragen. In den Sommermonaten sind keine Tiere erlaubt! -

El apartamento se encuentra situado a 200 metros del casco antiguo del pueblo. Es una tercera planta con orientación sureste. Dispone de 1 habitación principal con cama de matrimonio, baño, cocina y salón con sofá cama de apertura italiana. Todo el apartamento dispone de tarima flotante. La joya principal es su terraza, donde podréis disfrutar de maravillosos momentos, con vistas a las montañas de Aitana y Aixortà, y al fondo el pico de Bernia y el mar, Esperamos que os encante.

Apartamento que consta de habitación con baño abierto de 23 m2 y salón de 20m2 separado de la habitación con sofa cama. Tiene una pequeña cocina recientemente reformada. Tiene un balcón privado con vistas al mar donde uno puede sentarse tranquilamente a disfrutar y relajarse. La casa está en pleno casco viejo pero no en las calles más transitadas. La entrada y salida se puede hacer por medio de lockbox, si no estoy en casa en ese momento no hay problema!
