Family Friendly Lakefront Cottage, Ambajejus Lake

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances. The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.

The Moose Lodge

East Smith Pond Camp

This lakefront cabin is about 5 minutes from Millinocket, Maine and near Baxter State Park. The deck outside and four season porch both overlook the beautiful waterfront westerly sunset views of Smith Pond.This waterfront property has a sandy beach , great for swimming ,kayaks and very good fishing with fire pit for relaxing . The inside has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. There is a loft bedroom accessible with ladder access that also has a full size bed.

This peaceful camp is just perfect for you and your family or friends to see how much this beautiful part of Maine has to offer. It rests on its own private lot in a calm cove on South Twin Lake. It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.
