This 1840 Mill Cottage is ideally located for strolling to Darley Abbey Mills, now an exclusive wedding venue with its Michelin listed restaurant, wine bars and Spanish tapas. Located on the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With courtyard, Wifi, Smart TVs, kitchen, lounge, one double & one queen sized bedroom, small sofa bed and delightful Jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom, this is a rare find near the old Mills. NB. Stairs can be steep for the infirm.

NB: The bridge to the mills is currently closed, so access is via alternative routes.

Whitewells Pod is a newly launched venture on a working farm with views over the world heritage site of the Derwent Valley. Sleeps 4 people, 1 double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchenette has 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with ice box. Shower room/WC and heated towel rail. Outside paved area for dining with fire pit and BBQ with grassed area at the rear to take more advantage of the views with logged seating with additional fire pit area. Hazel Lodge is new to Sam’s Derbyshire cottage. This beautiful lodge is set on a working farm between south wingfield and crich. The lodge has 2 bedrooms 1 double and twin rooms, the bathroom is spacious with a shower over the bath. The open plan living kitchen and dinning area is great for entertaining with a 40” smart tv. The hot tub is very private with looks down the valley great for star gazing! There is a big decking area with table and chairs for long nights sat outside.
