Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

De goed ingerichte keuken en zitkamer en aparte royale slaapkamer en badkamer zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen privé opgang (via de buitenkant van het huis). De jacuzzi kan alleen door u gebruikt worden. Parking op eigen terrein.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Hier kun je genieten van de bosrijke omgeving en de idyllische, rustige sfeer op het landgoed. De aanwezigheid van de paarden op het terrein, draagt bij aan de landelijke sfeer. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
