We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
