Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

This separate building was once a recording studio. What this means is you are totally secluded. No windows in the bedroom- which means you can escape from the midnight sun in peace. Note, this is a separate building from my house, so you will totally be independence and get the best sleep you can have under the midnight sun. Includes an empty deep freezer for fish storage and a full size laundry. Winter 4WD car required for driving up hill.
