Les Aulnes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre une forêt-jardin ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Il dispose d'une terrasse de 80 m2 avec vue sur la campagne et d'un terrain de 3500m2. Accès à la piscine à partager Intérieur :1 entrée , 1 salon de 45 m2, 1 cuisine de 35 m2, 2 chambres avec 1 lit de 160 x 200, 1 chambre avec 2 lits 120 x 190, 1 chambre 2 lits 90 x 190,, 2 SDB et 2 wc . Plus lit bébé. Gîte 8 personnes enfants compris. Du 15/7 au 31/8 location à la semaine

Le Petit Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

L'accès au bus est desservie 3 mn à pieds. L'entrée au studio se fait de façon indépendante par un portail sécurisé électrique coulissant avec un Pass. Le studio est situé dans un bâtiment annexe à notre maison principale.

Piscine partagée avec nous et chauffée de juin à septembre (accès de 10h à 19h). A 10 min du centre ville d’Angoulême. Un petit coin de paradis : un oasis au coeur de la ville et à une bonne heure des premières plages de la côte Atlantique.
