Quartiere tranquillo ideale per arrivi o partenze dall'aereoporto di Ciampino, eventi presso l'ippodromo delle Capannelle, per visitare la villa dei Quintili e l'Appia antica. La stanza ampia luminosa ha un grande balcone che affaccia sul giardino, la mattina è piacevole fare colazione sul terrazzo o passare momenti di relax all'aperto. C'e la macchina del caffè frigo microonde latte, succhi, burro etc per preparare la colazione. Grande bagno privato. La seconda stanza è per il 3' e 4'ospite.
