Residential elevator can help you go to and front the carport to the main level. 3 night minimum. This spacious, over 2,100 sq/ft condo, sits on the Gulf of Mexico with a 500 foot fishing pier at your doorstep. There are 10 by 20 foot decks overlooking the Gulf on both levels of the condo. Have morning coffee on the deck on the main level and enjoy the stars from the deck just off the master suite at night. Condo is on the end so you can see all the way down the coast. We are just a half hour from the best beach in the US, with a good public beach even closer.

Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).
