This beautifully decorated home custom built in 2024, is centrally located and just a short drive to St. George Island. Walk across the street to your own private beach. Kids can find marine life in the tidal pools while everyone can fish, swim and walk along the sandbar. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Inside the house you will have a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space with amazing views of the bay. Sit on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the dolphins.

Great local seafood is available year round. Just 35 minutes to Panama City or Cape San Blas.

Captain’s Harbor

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Gorgeous ocean views from the living/dining room, bedroom and deck and a sandy beach perfect for sunbathing or creating memories around a beach fire. Plenty of parking for boat/RV.

Ellie's Crab Shack, a renovated beach home just a 3-minute walk from the sand, is ready for it. Bring your furry friend: our dog Ellie loves hunting for crabs, and yours will too! Come stay in one of our charming beach houses . A short walk to downtown Apalachicola! It has two comfy king size beds, two full bathrooms , full furnished kitchen, living room with pull out sofa, fully fenced back yard. Enjoy the town with shopping , local restaurants, fishing , wildlife and beaches! St. George Island is 15 minute drive, Port St Joe is a 25 minute drive. We also have room to park your boat and trailer , ask for availability of slip.
