Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

Come stay at one of our charming historic Apalachicola beach houses! Located just 0.5 miles from the downtown area, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy all the shopping, entertainment, nightlife, and natural beauty this quaint little town has to offer. We also offer boat shuttle rides to nearby islands, or you can bring your own boat and fish these beautiful waters . We have a slip available for rent! Centrally located, just 10 minutes to the sandy white beaches of St George Island and 10 minutes from Historical Apalachicola. This 2B/2B house was completely refurnished in July 2022. With one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa it will comfortably accommodate 6 people. A large gravel parking gives you plenty of room to bring your boat! smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, no cable.
