We call this duplex apartment The Rafters. The building was originally a family owned feed store which had exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling and original hardwood floors. Southern Arkansas University, stores and restaurants are within a 7 minute drive. This apartment is located just a three minute walk from the historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off. The square is home to many local shops as well.
