The apartment forms the upper floor of our traditional Spanish cortijo. It is situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of La Perla , within walking distance of the pretty village of Arboleas with all amenities and close to the town of Albox . Being nestled in the heart of the beautiful Almanzora Valley makes it an ideal location for walking , cycling and exploring the area. The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray and Garucha are within 25 minutes drive and Mojacar Playa 35 minutes.

Buiten een privéterras van maar liefst 50 m², omringd door olijf- en fruitbomen, op een volledig omheind terrein. Op 6 km ligt het goudgele strand, en op 2 km het dorp.
