The house has a large sitting room and dining area, open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, two balconies with stunning views and a large garden with a fire pit. You can also go on day-trips to Aghveran, Tsakhkadzor and Lake Sevan.

This cozy home is only a 1.5-hour drive away from Yerevan. There are shops nearby but have a limited variety.
