This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Our beautiful home is now available when we are abroad. We renovated it in 2024 both inside and out. It has a generous sitting room / dining room, kitchen, laundry room and downstairs toilet. Tiny twin (two single beds) ground floor studio with your own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, in a warm, spacious modern house just next to Grand Canal Dock business district, stone's throw away from 3Arena and Aviva stadium. Room is super small, but comfortable and has everything someone visiting for a few days would need. Super-easy to get to and from the airport, close to city center and just next to many public transport lines.

The Studio This is a recently renovated studio apartment with a nice bed. The studio has an ensuite and full kitchen. There are electric radiators throughout and high-speed Internet is available. You will have access to a private entrance. On-street parking is free. Just to note we have 1 small dog. She is very friendly but will be kept out of way.
