Home is directly across from Cielo Grande Park Loop walking trail, and near two public golf courses, a new aquatic center, large public parks, and an open space nature area. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
