The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We're an easy 1-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No cleaning fees, and no chores for you to do!

This century old farmhouse in the middle of town is a great accommodation for visiting the university, our awesome downtown, or our great local parks. 1st floor is primarily office space for my local small biz, while 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms & bathroom, & the best scene for miles awaits you on the 3rd floor living area. Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking
