The house has 5 Full Bathrooms , 8 +Bedrooms and is A few feet away from The King of New York BIG Mural. The 8 rooms are Class B multiple dwelling for short term. All rooms for short stays for 30 days or less/ w kitchen access. It’s great for groups who want to see NYC .Rooms have AC and 2 Gigs of WiFi for groups or families or corporate retreats. You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

Designed by designer & muralist, Kate White, this 1879 former hostel was transformed into a retro, green AF abode to feed your adventurous cravings. No detail was spared in creating this funky, nostalgic, 70's themed space. Whether you're visiting for a day or a month, just know the grass is always greener in the Green Room.
