Chase Mansion, 1880s Italianate right by City Hall

The mansion with its five bedrooms and six bathrooms is being offered as a completely private whole-place rental, being lovingly redecorated in a mid-century modern sensibility while preserving its Victorian roots. Originally built in 1885 by prominent grocer George Kennard, the mansion became the home of Cherry Mash creator Ernest Chase in 1912. There are 5000sqft total to explore, including a fully functional kitchen and two dining rooms.

Built in 1928 this home was built as a home for the neighboring church's pastor. This home was designed to resemble a German home by Edmond Eckel. The home is spacious and roomy with four bedrooms, living room, dining room, den, pantry, kitchen, sunroom and one and half baths.
