Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

Access to major highways nearby make it easy for you to go on your adventures. Only five minutes to downtown and the famous UGA Arch.

It is one of only three very unique houses built in a neighborhood known for it's large classic southern homes. A large open kitchen and living room, 2 full bedrooms plus a sleeper couch make it a perfect home base for any Athens getaway. Perfect for singles, couples, a couple couples and even small families.
