Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. Enjoy a very comfortable room in our Bunkhouse located behind the historic Victorian Estate. A shared front porch and a private back deck allow you to enjoy the outdoors in our uniquely mild climate. Our comfortable queen size murphy bed can be converted to a desk during the day. Our saloon style building is completely renovated with a contemporary glass shower in a spacious bath.
