The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the neighbourhood and ambience... My place will suit singles, couples and small families. We welcome your furry friends too. It's within walking distance to surfing beaches, local eateries and bars. We are certain you will love staying here!

Nannup River Cottages - Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. One pet allowed only with prior arrangement with owner. Your pet will need to be an a leash whilst outside as free range poultry and wildlife and is not to be left on property unattended by owners. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or bedding You will need to bring own bedding. On occasion two pets allowed if accommodation is not busy. Guests who bring pets without prior notice may will be asked to vacate premises.

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The large modern kitchenette comes with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and chocolate. While the luxurious bathroom also has a tropical garden outlook.
