Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. Mr. Takis' historic home is located on the shoreline of Kapsali, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. It's a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large living room area and kitchen. It has a simple and traditional decor, allowing you to experience Kythira the way locals live, while also having the best view on the island. It sits under the Venetian Castle, up the quiet end of Kapsali, offering you the tranquility of the beach, and yet close to the cafes, restaurants and bars.

Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

In the picturesque village of Avlemonas, we rent on a weekly basis a lovely recently renovated traditional house. This house is in a very quiet area within Avlemonas village, with a lovely sea view and just 20 m from Avlemonas bay.
