Close to the cove’s rocks and the village’s rhythm, it holds groups or families who want water within reach.

Το σπίτι ειναι στο κέντρο του πανέμορφου Αβλέμωνα με υπεροχη θέα στο λιμανακι, φιλοξενεί μέχρι 5 άτομα, εχει αμεση πρόσβαση στη θάλασσα του Αβλεμωνα που ειναι ακριβως μπροστά και σε 5 λεπτά στην παραλία της Παλαιοπολης. Στο λιμανακι του Αβλεμωνα οι επισκεπτες μπορουν να χαρουν τον καφε τους, το παγωτο τους, το φαι τους, το ποτο τους, τα ψωνια τους απο mini market στα υπεροχα μαγαζια του Αβλέμωνα. Επισης το λιμανακι ειναι ιδανικο για παιδια καθως απο το απογευμα απαγορευονται τα αυτοκινητα.

Belle maison d’architecte isolée, à 15 mn à pied de l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Tranquillité absolue dans une nature préservée. Vue exceptionnelle sur une vallée plantée d’oliviers et de cyprès. Très beau toit terrasse pour admirer le lever du soleil sur la mer et le coucher du soleil sur les collines. La maison comprend une belle salle de séjour, une cuisine lumineuse entièrement équipée et deux chambres avec leur propre salle de bains. Deux terrasses pour le matin et le soir.

Η πρόσβαση στην θάλασσα είναι σε 1 λεπτό και θα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την έξοδο σας στα πλησιέστερα καφέ και εστιατόρια του χωριού. Η διαμονή σας σε εμάς θα σας μείνει αξέχαστη!

An exceptional traditional two stored house in the heart of the capital city of Kythera. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, in all 3 bedrooms. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
