Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

A wood burning stove features in the living/dining room. There are 3 bedrooms , 2 king-size upstairs which share a bath/shower/WC. The downstairs twin room, has a shower room and WC next to it for easy access. The enclosed private garden has stunning views over the Moray Firth. Perfect for outdoor living. Families and small groups are welcome.

Otter Lodge Rosehaugh Estate, unique self-catering

Otter Lodge is an imposing stone building set in the valley below the lake, close to the Horseshoe Falls. It used to be the ‘Powerhouse’ supplying electricity to the Estate, and the water which used to power the turbines can still be seen running beneath the house! Derelict and roofless for many years, it was lovingly restored into an elegant self-catering holiday home. Accommodation is entirely on the ground floor, making it accessible for those with limited mobility.

Little Slioch cottage A break from city life

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio style accommodation. King size bed, Large shower and toilet (towels and bedding provided) small fitted kitchen with fridge, airfryer mini microwave oven. The living area has a SMART TV. Decking area outside. The firepit round the side that can be used as a bbq. A hairdryer is also in the accommodation. A car/bike is essential as the property is very rural. UK No 1 cycle route is immediately outside.

Charming and Unique Shepherd's Hut

A unique and beautiful Shepherd's Hut on the Black Isle. Specifically commissioned by Black Isle Brewery, the hut is in the middle of our organic brewery farm. The brewery sits on one side with organic farmland, farmhouse and vegetable patch on the other. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you
