The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

All on one level the cottage consists of entrance, kitchen with dining table, lounge with log burning stove, bedroom with king size bed and En-Suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bike Storage is available. The village of Aysgarth boasts 2 village pubs, a cafe and well stocked village shop all within walking distance. A traditional dales cottage in the Wensleydale village of Aysgarth, home to the world famous Aysgarth Falls just 800m away and the Aysgarth Rock Garden. A great base for two for sight seeing, walking or just chilling. The village has a pub/restaurant (15min walk) and a tearoom The cottage has all the modern facilities you need for cosy nights in and a rear patio/garden for barbeque evenings. The cottage is dog friendly, he or she cannot get out if in the garden.
