Enjoy a relaxing stay at this recently renovated grade 2 listed weavers cottage. Only a 5 minute walk to the Town Centre shops, bars, restaurants and other local amenities. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk to the train and bus stations with direct links to Manchester and Leeds and Centre Vale Park is only a 2 minute walk. At this pet-friendly home there is off road parking directly outside, in addition to a free car park close by. At the rear of the cottage is a private, enclosed patio area.

The Den - Studio Cottage

Self Catering Holiday Cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people (2+2). The cottage is set is a 6 acre smallholding with beautiful surroundings. We have 12 alpacas that you are welcome to meet and help feed during your stay. The main living/sleeping area has a double bed and a sofa that can convert to a bed. Travel cot available Z-bed available if you need an additional bed. All bedding and towels provided. Fully Wheelchair Accessible Pet friendly LGBT friendly EV Charger available on site.

It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

Cosy grade II listed annex, sleeps four

Explore the beautiful Calder valley from this characterful grade II listed annex to Kilnhurst Old Hall, once the home of the author, artist and traveller William Holt. We have a comfy king-size bed in the lower bedroom, and two singles or a double on the mezzanine level above as you prefer, and a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. There are fantastic walks, loads of fascinting local history, independent shops and places to eat and drink. We have a safe space for cyclists to store bikes, too!

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

Located on a main train and bus route you can get to us from any direction! We have a bus stop 50 metres away and the train station is a 12 minute walk.
