Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Die gemütliche barrierefreie Ferienwohnung in der Märkischen Schweiz befindet sich in Ihlow in einem denkmalgeschützten Feldsteinhaus, ist ca. 52m2 groß, hat eine geräumige Wohnküche mit Kamin, Klavier und großem Schlafsofa, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad. Ideal zum Ausspannen, Erholen, Kraft tanken, Natur genießen oder zum konzentrierten Arbeiten. Die hügelige Umgebung bietet Wander- und Fahrradwege, Badeseen, interessante Kunst- und Kulturstätten. Für 2 Erwachsene plus Aufbettung.

Apartment auf historischer Hofanlage bei Prenzlau

Nur 1,5 Autostunden von Berlin findet man in der Uckermark Weite, Wasser und wunderschöne Natur. Dieser von Wald-, Seen- und Feldlandschaft umgebene Dreiseitenhof nahe der märkischen Eiszeitstraße wurde kürzlich aufwendig saniert. Der Hof verfügt über eine Alleinlage und ist über eine Allee zugänglich. Auf dem Gelände sind die Feldsteinmauern eines alten Stalls als malerische Ruine erhalten worden. 2 Badeseen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wer Natur und Ruhe schätzt, wird es hier lieben!

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Unsere 70 m² große Gästewohnung (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und großer Garten) in idyllischer Lage am Rande des Niederoderbruchs bietet Raum für Erholung und Landleben.Auf unserem Hof leben viele Tiere. Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. Geeignet auch für Aktiv-Urlauber*innen, Radler*innen und besonders Familien mit Kindern. Alles ist da :-)

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. In einer ehemaligen Feldsteinscheune, ca. 5km von Templin entfernt, in einem Natursschutzgebiet. Umgeben ist das separat stehende Haus von Wildgehegen, Wiesen, Wäldern und Seen. Herrliche Spaziergänge, Kanutouren, Fahrradtouren sowie Rollerbladetouren sind von hier aus möglich. Kaminfeuer an kalten Winterabenden. Langeweile gibt es hier nie.

Unser Tiny-Apartment ist alles andere als gewöhnlich. Aus einem zwölf Quadratmeter großen Raum haben wir ein vollausgestattetes romantisches Feriendomizil geschaffen. Mit direktem Zugang zum Garten ist unsere Ferienwohnung eine grüne Oase inmitten der Stadt.
