It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

La casa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.

Muy cerca del mar, en un terreno de 1000 m. elevado desde el que disfrutar de la naturaleza y de unas vistas privilegiadas al Mediterraneo a través de amplios ventanales. Luz y color. Para ello te abrimos las puertas de nuestra casa, situada en uno de los lugares más emblemáticos de Dénia, Las Rotas. Estarás a escasos 300 metros de una principales calas de la costa, La Punta Negra. ¿A qué esperas?
